Customers are redirected to Customer Portal when they scan a QR code with their smartphone. In this portal, customers fill out request, wish and report or company forms.

Form data is stored in our company data center and immediate notification is sent to respective people. It allows representatives to get in touch with customer instantly. Furthermore, you will always keep gathered valuable information from customers in your account.

You can see which customer from which location submitted the form and where they connected from. Customers can login with social media accounts and be part of your network.
